And mind you, this is not the first time Hollywood made an Asian hero white. In the original book called Starship Troopers, the hero, John Rico, is Filipino. But in the Hollywood movie adaptation, he became an Argentine white man.

I agree with you and him completely. But I’ve ZERO faith that this movie is gonna turn out well. What’s more outrageous is that the director is a FRIGGIN ASIAN TOO! Go, Asian Uncle Tom (or should we call him Tom Ojisan or Tom Shu Shu)?
